The Importance of Fellowship

Fellowship SundayWe are the Bible Fellowship Church, so, naturally, sharing in fellowship is a big part of who we are.  The Bible also places a good deal of emphasis on fellowship.  1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up…”  Jesus never intended his followers to live life in a solitary manner, but to edify one another in love, faith, and encouragement.  That is what Fellowship Sunday is all about.

Our Fellowship Sunday Gathering

Every second Sunday of the month, we gather as a congregation after the Morning Service and share a meal together incraig_fs the Fellowship Hall of our church.  All are welcome to attend this meal.  The purpose of this time is to provide an opportunity for conversation & building relationships with one another in order to foster unity in our congregation.   If you are new to Lebanon BFC, we encourage you to come during a Fellowship Sunday.  It’s a great opportunity to get to know others and to be known!

Note: Fellowship Sundays are typically the only Sundays in which there is no Evening Service.
